This would have been done ages ago but I've been kind of off lately so my work started to grind to a horrifying halt- BUt ITS FINISHED.

This commission is for the absolutely lovely Kneel-to-the-crown over on tumblr- She asked for a Fairy and Once Upon a Time's Captain Hook as chibis- with the addition of a pair of shoulder-strapped wings for Hook!
He thinks he is so clever, hm? 

The fairy's dress is based off of THIS, as per request uUu
